Hilton's Batang Ai Longhouse Resort is located on the shores of a spectacular freshwater lake, known as Batang Ai Reservoir, surrounded by mountains and the unspoiled rainforests of Sarawak. Access is by boat, and any trips into the surrounding area will also require the use of water transport. The resort is located in the mountain chain which forms the border between Sarawak and Kalimantan, downriver of the 27000 hectare Batang Ai National Park. 

The rooms of the resort are beautifully appointed and are set in authentic looking longhouses of the local Iban tribes, with communal verandahs which run along one length of a unit. The resort's 11 indigenous timber longhouses contain 100 individually air-conditioned guest rooms, 88 of which are Standard Rooms. These rooms with attached bathrooms come fully equipped with modern amenities - a welcome luxury in the heart of a rainforest.

The resort boasts 12 double-storey Duplex Suites, tucked away for added luxury and comfort. Each is entirely air-conditioned and furnished with all the amenities to assure you of a relaxing stay. At the end of another great day, curl up on the sofa in your ground-floor private sitting room, then head upstairs to the bedroom with its en-suite bathroom.

Meetings and Banquets

The resort boasts three multi purpose meeting and conference rooms able to accommodate up to 220 people. The outdoor team building activity training centre houses courses and training programmes for pre-arranged groups. Batang Ai Resort is ideal for incentive functions and offers an interesting venue for business and social gatherings of every kind.
