Luxurious accommodation at Nexus Resort Karambunai includes the 235 Borneo guest rooms (offering garden/golf view and sea facing rooms), nestled within a cluster of 7 two storey buildings, amid a lush tropical garden. Each room comes with a private balcony or terrace and exquisitely furnished in solid wood accents and restful earth tones.
The five storey Ocean Wing (offering sea facing, sea view rooms) offers tastefully stylish accommodation, with each guest room unveiling private balconies which offer panoramic vistas of beach and cobalt blue seas. The 250 Ocean Wing guest rooms present guests with panoramic views of the garden, beach and sea. Meandering like a restful Rungus Longhouse, the Ocean Wing is designed in harmony with the serene kampong (village) charm of the Borneo guest rooms.

The Ocean Wing rooms are slightly less expensive than the Borneo Rooms.
With the feel of a tropical "Kampung" There are 48 units of two and three bedroom duplex Pool Villas and 69 units of one and two bedroom Spa Suites
located just 3 minutes drive from the main wing of the resort.
The Pool Villas have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, private gazebo and lap pool. The
landscaped garden and spectacular views of the ocean from the living and master bedroom are absolutely breathtaking.
The master bathroom has a separate shower room with rain shower head, and a Jacuzzi bathtub looking out towards
an indoor garden. The privacy, serenity and luxury afforded by these well appointed villas and room amenities
has been well thought out to provide the most comfortable and relaxing stay.
For a cosier ambience, the Spa Suites have an open concept with seamless blending of space from the kitchen
to the living and bedroom. The glass doors allow ample natural light in, and offer uninterrupted views of the
ocean and pool area. As the name suggests, each unit comes complete with a steam room and bathtub Jacuzzi for
a private spa experience in your own room.
The outdoor pool is perfect for a lazy day out in the sun with the pool bar, "Dive One", offering light

Guests at the Villas & Suites have access to the dining outlets, spa and golf course located at the main wing of Nexus Resort Karambunai.
