There are a number of areas around Borneo which will be of interest to divers - whether
experienced or novice. Some are well known, others perhaps not so well known, but
all offering their own attraction to the diver.
Places of note include Layang Layang off the North-West coast of Borneo in the
South China Sea, the wreck diving areas in the vicinity of Labuan, also on the North-West coast, the Sipadan area on the North-East coast
(including Kapalai and Mabul) and the Derawan area to the
South of Sipadan, but in Indonesian waters, which includes Sangalaki and Kakaban.
Layang Layang is generally open only between February and the end of October due to the
influence of the monsoon. The other areas operate throughout the year.
More information to come in the near future. Photographs are also on their way. Please bear with us.
If you come back next week, you will undoubtedly find some changes in this part of the site.
