Deluxe Rooms are situated in the Main Atrium. Superior Rooms are found in the Lagoon and Waterfall Wings. Each is a spacious 60 square metres.

A private retreat on the sixth floor, the E-Club Lounge offers a regal atmosphere and elite services for guests staying in Deluxe E-Club rooms, suites and villas. Serving complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, evening "mocktails" (alcohol is not available in Brunei) and hors d'oeuvres - all savoured with spectacular views over the South China Sea and the resort's pools. For al fresco lounging, guests may relax and mingle on the E-Club balcony.
